UFC Women's Fighter Rankings for Mexico

Mexico's women's presence in the UFC is small in number but has had an impact far beyond what its size suggests, with a flyweight champion among just a handful of fighters on the roster.

Boxing is once again the common thread. Alexa Grasso reached the title on the strength of precision and clean hand work rather than power; Loopy Godínez provides the counterpoint, with a career built on jiu-jitsu and a willingness to take fights on any terms.

The promotion's push into the Mexican market has accelerated that pipeline, which is still at an early stage compared with the men's side.
