What True Contender predictions are
Before every UFC card we open the full fight list so you can pick winner, method and round bout by bout. This is not a sportsbook and no money is involved: it is a knowledge game where you compete against the rest of the community to call what happens in the octagon.
Every event has its own predictions page and its own standings. You can come in the day the card is announced, lock your picks and return after the event to see how many points you scored and where you finished.
Predictions close automatically when the event starts, so nobody can pick with the fights already settled. From that moment the page shows the standings against the real results.
How scoring works
The winner is the gate: miss the winner and the fight scores zero, even if you called the method and the round correctly.
50
Winner
Calling who wins the fight.
+25
Method
KO/TKO, submission or decision.
+25
Round
