About Veronica Hardy
A second career after three years away
Veronica Hardy reached the UFC extremely young and with very little professional experience. That first stint produced difficult results and led to a period of more than three years without competing.
Fighting style
Her return showed a far more mature fighter. Hardy combines footwork, kicks and good timing with technical grappling that includes unorthodox attacks, the product of extensive training in different martial arts.
The rebuild
Since her return she has earned wins over Juliana Miller, Jamey-Lyn Horth, JJ Aldrich and Brogan Walker. That transformation has turned a career that seemed practically over into one of the most interesting rebuilds at flyweight.
