About Tainara Lisboa
Muay Thai with a dangerous submission game
Tainara Lisboa arrived in the UFC backed by extensive Muay Thai experience, but her MMA career has shown that her arsenal goes well beyond striking.
Fighting style
The Brazilian has three wins by KO and three more by submission. That split reflects a style able to punish from the clinch while also finding arm-triangles and rear-naked chokes when the fight hits the mat.
Inside the UFC
She made her UFC debut by submitting Jessica-Rose Clark and later beat Ravena Oliveira by decision. In 2025 she was submitted by Luana Santos and stopped in the third round by Melissa Croden. Her ability to finish from very different phases still makes her an awkward matchup in the division.
